Being very sceptical about traders I have dealt with in the past. I did research. This company stood out because they communicated, were prompt, did not overwhelm me with lots of paperwork. Old boiler replaced with a new boiler. Engineers arrived at 8:00am as arranged and completed the job in the day, finishing at 6:00pm. Very competitive quote, boiler sited where we asked. Clean & tidy job no mess, all old boiler pieces taken away. This was not a straight forward job as the flue is through the roof and we are on the second floor, Even the pipes in the loft space were neat, tidy and secure.

Great workmanship from the guys at 1st Call Gas. We have used them on a commercial project in Sheffield town centre. They have carried out all plumbing works from the 1st fix stage right through to completion of a 6 story high student complex. Professional team that know the trade, would highly recommend.

1st Call have carried out several repairs for the project I work for. We provide semi supported accommodation for vulnerable young women some with children. They have been very accommodating and efficient, their rates are competitive. All the contractors have been pleasant, polite, respectful and reliable.
