Ace Solar Energy have been trading in renewable energy since 2010. In this time, we have installed hundreds of Solar PV systems to both residential and commercial properties across the wider Midlands network, surpassing many other installers who have since ceased trading.

We gain much of our business from recommendations and correcting the work of installers who are no longer operating, as such we welcome the opportunity to provide you with a free no obligation quotation for Solar PV installation at your property.

As a “Which? Trusted Trader”, we ensure that our work is of the highest standards and live by the code set out by “Which?”.

Our work is fully guaranteed with a 10 year workmanship insurance policy provided upon PV installation, a separate 5 year workmanship insurance policy for Battery installations, as well as extra peace of mind with a bond and warranty certificate from the Electrical Contractors Association.

Ace Electrical supplied and installed approx 450 Solar panels to our factory roof . They had to work to tight deadlines to get the contract completed by the end of March. As with most projects problems occurred along the way but Ace did everything to solve these issues and get the work completed on time . They helped us each step of the way submitting the appropriate paperwork for the FIT and the after service has been superb. No hesitation in recommending the company for future contracts.

This is the second time we have used Ace Solar on both occasions the job has been completed in a professional manner. What we were told is exactly what we got without any fuss or frustration. Did the job when they said it would be done and the work was very neat and tidy. On this occasion as it was a new property the panels were let into the roof and look as though they were fitted at the same time as the house was built All paperwork, certificates, guarantees, etc. supplied without asking. Would have no hesitation in recommending the organisation. Excellent service from Martin and his crew. Thank you.

Supply and installation of Myenergi Zappi electric vehicle charger for domestic use

Martin from Ace Electrical fitted a Myenergie Zappi electric vehicle charger with an 8 meter fixed charge cable at my house for a good price and at the time and day agreed. The installation was neat and the charger worked following its installation. The site was tidied up on the completion of the work. When I found the garage door would not shut due to a cable run conflict Martin returned the same day to fix the issue. Once I started using the charger it was apparent that the display did not show the solar element of the charge. Martin returned within a few days and reset the appropriate sensor. Following this I configured the appropriate settings on the charger set up screen and now the display shows both the power imported from the grid and the power that comes from my solar panels. Tracey in the office kept me well informed throughout the process.

The work was to install twenty solar panels to our roof, with all ancillary electrical integration. It was completed on time and within budget. The trader seemed very competent, was highly co-operative with my preferences, and was always courteous and helpful. To anyone I know contemplating such work, I would not hesitate to recommend this trader.
