My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

We aim to be:

We had a Mew Boiler fitted nearly 3 years ago. It was recommended that we got a Intergas boiler with a 12 year Guarantee as it’s easy to maintain. Also we have a Monthly Plan which covers all parts and a yearly maintenance service Bubble Bee have been Excellent. They contact me to arrange e Service usually in August ready for the Winter months. The Engineer is very informative of what he has done, and polite also.

It's a big decision on who to choose for a boiler replacement, we all know it's expensive but more importantly you want the job completed to a high standard and competently done. Bumblebee ticked all the boxes, a high knowledge of the system and my requirements. Left no mess. I also had a hive system fitted, which then didn't work, not the fault of the engineers because it turned out the unit was faulty, another unit was acquired within the hour and worked first time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Good job.

We had several modifications to our central heating and replacement of radiators. From the initial visit to completion of the work we were happy with every aspect of the work completed. We met several of the engineers and they were all extremely competent and professional. I can’t recommend this company enough. It is so nice to have tradesmen in who you can trust to do the job to satisfactory standard without any call backs.

We've used Bumblebee for new radiators in the past and having been happy with that work we decided to get them to quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler. The whole process from quote to fitting was painless and friendly. We are now able to put behind us all the problems that the old boiler was causing. Company was recommended by a friend and I was very happy with the service provided. The customer service member of staff was very friendly and arranged for the engineer to inspect the property 2 days later. Engineer arrived at agreed time and completed the inspection. I received my report the same day. I was very happy with the prompt service, I will use them again and recommend to friends.
