My name is Ross Coen I am the owner and founder of Bumblebee plumbing and heating. We have been going since 2015 and we are going from strength to strength. We now have 7 vans on the road and a full-time office. We recently won "BOILER AND HEATING CONTRACTORS INSTALLERS 2019" in the energy efficiency awards after winning it in 2018 also, showing that all our hard work and commitment is paying off.

We have a commitment to high level service and always strive for the perfect job. Our engineers are highly trained and experienced meaning that our customers get the best guys on the job every time.

At Bumblebee we are strong believers in "paying today to secure tomorrow". For instance, we have heavily invested in "our system" which sends SMS when the engineers on his way.

We aim to be:

Bumblebee have recently completed a combi boiler swap for my nan, under my instruction, they arrived promptly, completed the job to a high standard and left the house in pristine condition, you would have never known they had been! My nan is grateful for their warming personalities and their patience in explaining the heating controls, they even wrote down some simplified instructions in case she forgot. Service you can't get anywhere else! Thanks for bee'ing awesome!

I've used Bumblebee for a few years for boiler servicing, today was to disconnect my gas hob, while a refurb. My kitchen. Engineers are always friendly and efficient. I like the fact that you get a confirmation email when you book, with a half day time slot. They send a text when the engineer is en route. None of the messing about I've experienced before, just great reliable service.

Great service, Ross came out and quoted the next day as promised. Quoted, booked install day the same day, came on time and Steve did a fantastic job assisted by Andy, including training me on both the boiler and Hive app for controlling it. Left all areas clean and tidy, what a great experience. Steve was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that all would go well. New boiler now working very well, the Intergas boiler is top quality, I am now signing up for a service contract with them for the next 12 years and beyond. I would highly recommend the Bumblebee Team they did what they said they would when they they would.

We needed to replace our existing boiler urgently and Bumblebee flew into action to help us stay warm. We were super impressed by the whole process, from surveying to fitting a new boiler and all credit to their engineers (Steve and Ross) work onsite. The plumbing and fitting looked so neat - almost a piece of art! Good experience all round.

Bumblebee fitted a new pressurised unvented hot water cylinder to replace a much smaller and convoluted vented hot water cylinder system. The price was fair for the work and they visited twice to discuss and accommodate some specific requirements we had (relating to future bathroom refurb). They did exactly as discussed with neat and tidy plumbing. The new system is excellent and solved a number of problems we had. There was a small misunderstanding about the location of isolator valves but this was very promptly rectified once we flagged it. It was a pleasure to have a tradesman who took pride in their work - a rare trait it seems these days.

I have an annual maintenance contract with Bumblebee. I had an email reminding me that my service is due so I phoned to make an appointment. Excellent customer service from the lady who booked my call. I had a txt on the day of the service to say the engineer was on his way. Again, excellent customer service. The engineer worked very tidily. I would definitely recommend Bumblebee.
