This company was excellant at everything, From day of survey to installation of my nine windows to finish. All the company employee's where great workers they never stopped from the minute arrived till they where finished. They took great care of my property while they where fitting nine windows which are of great quality and have a fantastic finish, with no damage to my property. I would recommend this company to family and friends they are the best work force to use. All the team were polite and courteous and clean and tidy.

Had patio and kitchen windows fitted 2 years ago and returned to Carrolls for bedroom and bathroom windows. Paul visited to measure and found him helpful and you get good feeling from him of a family company who will do a good job. Men arrived on time. Polite and friendly and felt at ease to leave them to work away. Returned later in day. Place had been hoovered and windows cleaned. They look great and I am delighted. I wohld thoroughy recommend Carrolls for a good job at competitive price.

They did a removal and reinstallation of 9 windows and a backdoor. I'd recently got a front door from another company who I wouldn't recommend. Carroll's Windows came out and tightened it for me and there was no pressure from them to replace it. I am absolutely delighted with the work they did to the windows and backdoor. Any hiccups I had, they were brilliant. Everyone involved was excellent - the guy who came out to the house to give us a price, the staff in the office, and the team who did the installationwere excellent. Really happy with the result. The price and quality was fantastic. There was no mess left behind either. I never went to any one else as my mum and sister had recommended them to me. Prior to getting them out for a quote, I'd seen their work in their properties and I could tell they'd done a great job. I would genuinely recommend them. I'm delighted.

This is by far the best company I have dealt with. From start to finish, they have been very cooperative and gave good advice. By mutual agreement, the job was brought forward 3 weeks. The full squad attended, and all 9 windows were replaced in one day. All the workmen were very polite, and the finished article was first class. Many thanks.

Called this company and found they took the time with me from sales to install. Came up with great suggestions of replacement windows. No hard sale. Explained process well. Clear lead times. Appreciated the option to go to their premises to look at the products. Very helpful and nice people to deal with. Felt very at ease with them. I have reached out for external cladding after quote on windows. Happily amended quote and completed the work for both one the same day. Hard working and very neat, tidied up after themselves. Could not be happier with the end finish.

I had all my window and doors including the conservatory replaced by Carrolls - the work was carried out as planned between 8th and 10th of July. From the quote straight through to installation I received excellent customer care and communication - I am absolutely delighted with the workmanship and the quality of all the products - the installation team arrived on time and were very friendly professional and made sure everything was left tidy throughout the three days - I am so pleased I went with Carrolls, the cost of the project I feel was a great investment - an issue with one widow was quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction - I would definitely recommend this company in fact I already have to friends and family - overall a first class company giving a first class service
