I had 9 windows, 2 main and patio doors replaced with french doors. So impressed from the 1st visit of Phil. Felt no pressure for hard sales, very relaxed. Told about all steps of the work and if happy with initial estimate a fuller survey would be carried out. Again no pressure. Made aware of all the work the fitters would do and how they would take care whilst fitting. On the day, we had so many fitters that a job initially estimated for 2 days was completed in 1 day, they arrived at 9 and were done by 4! On arrival 1st job was to cover all flooring to protect carpets, fitters were brilliant, efficient and very tidy. Guys kept us fully informed on each room being done around the house. The end finish was superb. I work at home and happy to say the disruption with the install was minimum! Had issue with front door which was damaged in transit to Carrolls but a new door was reordered and installed and I was kept up to date with that install. Delighted with quality, cost, and finish of work. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

They are a local and very responsible, reliable and efficient company... The door was installed to perfection with a great workmanship, a very professional and tidy team and I was over the moon with the result, thanks to Paul and his team.

We recently got all the windows and doors replaced in our house and what a great investment it was. Paul and the team were easy to work with, and answered all of our many questions. When the work was being carried out, the teams were very tidy, putting down dust sheets and cleaning up after themselves. The installation was done to such a high standard. Carrolls Windows and Doors has been great from start to finish. I got a quote for a door easily and when they visited me they were not pushy or trying to sell me extras. I got all the advice needed and then ordered my door. It didn't take long to fit my door and it was fitted to a very high standard (time was take by the fitter to do so well). The communication was excellent throughout and I was very happy with the price. I would recommend this company to others and I will definitely use them again.

Had full bedroom unit replaced as well as numerous double glazed panes where moisture had gathered between. Paul Carroll was professional to deal with throughout.
