Our boiler packed up and Charles Bickham came round promptly to help review the situation and recommended a replacement. A week on the new boiler was installed. They were very professional, explained the process every step of the way and helped with the Hive integration as well. I would highly recommend them.

Installation of New Viessmann Boiler

We have used Charles Bickham Plumbing and Heating a number of times over the years and have always been pleased with their prompt and efficient service. This time was no different. Jack the engineer who carried out the installation of our new boiler, was incredibily efficient, polite and friendly. Jack updated us throughout the day on what he was doing and how the installation was coming along. Jack took the time to explain in detail how the controls worked and assisted us where necessary with setting the system up, ensuring that we understood. We would most definitely recommend this company. Great service!

Excellent fitting of new Viessmann combi boiler

Charles Bickham provided an excellent service throughout and was able to advise on the most suitable replacement combi boiler for our needs. Charlie visited to survey the site, and his engineer fitted the boiler the following week. The work was to a high standard and completed with minimum disturbance. The engineer was polite and informative and ensured the app-based controls were set up and clearly explained. We were very satisfied with the service, value for money and quality, and would recommend Charles Bickham without reservation.

New Viessmann boiler and radiator valves

The work comprised the replacement of an existing boiler and some old radiator valves. We were very happy with all aspects of the process from the initial contact and estimate to the completion of the work. The installation engineer worked very hard, was tidy in his work and was very polite, keeping us informed of progress and explaining the nature of the work being carried out. We are similarly very happy with the performance of the new boiler which chosen in accordance with their recommendations.

We liked Charles's attention to detail and honesty from the start. He took the time to explain all the options we had regarding boilers / sensors / thermostats and answered all our questions before suggesting the equipment that would best suit our needs. We have to say a big thank you to Jack who carried out the work; his hard work and skill mean that the installation is immaculate. The old pipes and tanks were removed cleanly and dust and disruption were kept to a minimum. The new pipework, both internal and external, is very neat, and you would struggle to spot where the old flue once left the house. Overall, we could not be happier with the result, and would highly recommend Charles Bickham Plumbing and Heating.
