Steve and the team were great from start to finish. They were super clean making sure they protected all carpets. He was clear about all timings throughout the project and ensured we were kept up to date with progress. Steve even helped fixing another small plumbing issue whilst working on the bathroom. The work has been finished to a high standard and a focus on small details ensuring fixings are well hidden. We’re really happy with the final finish, would happily recommend to friends and family.

After doing some research we chose Steve to renovate our toilet and bathroom whilst we were away on holiday, and we are so glad we did! He looked after our home leaving it very clean and tidy, he kept us updated every day with progress and ultimately delivered a very high standard of finish. He was also really easy to work with during the entire process. We've tried cheaper tradesmen in the past and got what we paid for. With Steve, we paid for a quality job and got one! I can't think of anything I'd change.

Steve and his team did a truly fabulous job creating two beautiful new bathrooms for us 5 years ago. So when a manufacturer’s fault emerged with the shower enclosure and we needed to have a replacement fitted, there was nobody else we wanted to trust with the work. We knew it wouldn’t be easy to take out the original enclosure, replace it with a different model of slightly different size, and leave everything looking perfect, but Steve and Ted worked a miracle. In our experience, Chigwell Bathroom Services are brilliant.

This is the fourth time that my family and I have used Chigwell Bathroom Services. As always, Steve and team are a pleasure to have in the house. Steve project managed the entire bathroom refit on our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and the only thing I had to do was supply the tea and coffee! The team are polite, respectful and took the time to engage with my 4 year old when she was home. They left the house clean and tidy every day and Steve was always quick to respond to communications via text or phone. I would highly recommend CBS.

Steve and team have given us three fabulous bathrooms, replacing a family bathroom and two en suites which were all leaking. The tiles we chose for the showers were individual hexagonal tiles which were difficult to work with - Simon was meticulous in setting out the pattern and making sure it flowed properly around the corners. The result is fantastic. The whole team were friendly and helpful, even helping make good decorating issues from other tradesmen outside the bathrooms. They ensured all surfaces were covered, cleaned up meticulously each evening and did a very thorough clean as each bathroom was completed (thanks Ted). A brilliant team that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We were very happy with the bathroom renovation carried out by Steve and his team. He was very friendly, professional and arrived on time each day. He covered our hallway and stairs on the first day with a protective layer and cleaned up meticulously and the end of each day. Steve's co-workers were also very friendly and professional. The standard of the end product was extremely high and we would not hesitate to have him again. In fact, we intend to renovate our cloakroom soon and we have already spoken to him about carrying out the work.

Yet again another superb installation from Steve and his team carried out, this time a new kitchen. The work was carried out to schedule in a cheerful and professional manner. Always happy to oblige on any particular requests I cannot recommend Chigwell Bathrooms enough.

Chigwell Bathroom Services replaced an old shower unit by ripping out the old surround and the backing tiles. He replaced it with shower boards and a new tray and surround. We had problems with the delivery of some of our items so our job had to be put back. Steve was very accommodating, professional and did an excellent job of fitting us in around his schedule because of the delays with our deliveries (not his fault!). He did a first-class job and was such a clean worker, covering all our stairs and hall with protection for our carpets. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Steve and his team did a great job of refurbishing my dilapidated and leaking bathroom. The work included replacing the ceiling, plastering throughout, new lighting and pipework. They also decorated my hallway and replaced the hall radiator. I am really pleased with the result: a lovely finish and a transformed bathroom which is so nice to use. Steve was very organised, helpful and friendly and kept me informed at each stage as I was away when much of the work was carried out. I appreciated his experience and guidance on fittings and layout. Everything was done on time and within budget. Steve followed up at the end to make sure I was happy with everything - he quickly returned to change the tap and make adjustments after the supplier provided the wrong model. Steve and the team kept everything clean and tidy and did a good job of clearing all up at the end. The three flights of stairs to my flat will not have been easy but they got everything up and down without complaint. I would use them again.

After 20 years both our family and en-suite bathrooms needed updating. Steve and his team were able to make our dreams into reality. They worked hard, nothing was too much trouble and even finished the job a couple of days early. The work is of a high standard and they were professional and kept everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Steve.

We had previously used Chigwell Bathroom Services to renovate our bathroom, so when it came to a complete renovation of our kitchen, based on the excellent experience we had previously with Steve and his team, we knew the company we wanted to work with. To say we have been blown away by the results would be an understatement! All required works were explained fully beforehand (essentially taking the kitchen space back to a shell, repairing/renovating the walls/floor and fitting a completely new kitchen) and a clear quote provided, along with realistic timelines. The job was delivered to budget and on time with the minimum of fuss. No nasty surprises, price wise, and no delays. Chigwell Bathroom Services has completely transformed our kitchen, and we couldn't be more impressed with the results, nor recommend them highly enough.

There is not enough space in this box to tell you how delighted we are with our new bathroom. Starting out the venture of selecting items and a company was daunting not knowing what you are going to get until the job is done. Having made up our minds to go with Chigwell Bathrooms we were not disappointed; they answered all our questions, gave great advice and even liaised with the shop on our behalf. If you want top quality professional craftsman who not only take pride in their work but respect the householders and their home, then hire Steve and his Team. From day 1 they advised us of the schedule of work so together we can plan; very important for us as we only have one toilet in the house! Steve was on-site to co-ordinate the plasterer, tiler, painter, electricians and mastic man. Everyone of them was polite, great banter and working to Steve's high standards. Our hallway, stairs and landing was covered with protective coverings which was taped down securely, all their tools were stored tidily, they vacuum at the end of the day and even brought a mop and bucket. Their punctuality was excellent and arrive every day with a smile on their faces ready to start work. Very impressed Steve cleaned the bathroom and vacuum when they finished the job! We had a plan for a bathroom with a "spa" feel - we now have Champneys. Thank you so much Steve, Chris and the team for making our dream come true. We definitely know who to contact when we plan to revamp our kitchen.

Steve and his team have just completed another refurbishment for me. This time transforming a rather dated cloakroom into a smart modern one to a high standard and finishing the project on time. I am impressed with Steve’s organisation of his team and their high standard of workmanship including always clearing up after a day’s work. As a company, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had our en-suite bathroom fitted. The works were not completed in time through no fault of Stephen as the units ordered did not come in time from the showroom. I cannot fault Stephen for his work ethics an cleanliness. He always kept us informed of the progress and chased up the showroom . He made sure that as soon as the goods arrived he fitted us in often working late and early starts to complete the work. His diligence and attention to detail was exceptional. The house was left spotless after the work was completed

I can't recommend Chigwell Bathroom Services highly enough. We have used Stephen to do several jobs now and the work is always very high quality and with great attention to detail. He is always reliable and turns up when he says he will and offers sound advice. His charges are reasonable and we would definitely get Chigwell Bathroom Services to do any bathroom work again for us.

Steve and Jack rolled up on the appointed day and spent almost two hours covering the floors so there was no damage. They managed the project to a tee. A really well managed and efficient job. Nothing was too much trouble. Once the tiles were removed Steve had to replace rotten floorboards at no extra charge! He also fitted a new hot water tap, again at no extra charge. We are really pleased with his work and ethics and would highly recommend him and Jack. You will always have to wait but worth the wait! Ready for the next bathroom at the end of this month.

Steve and Jack were exemplary in their work from start to finish . They ensured all my carpets were covered before they started work and arrived 8 am sharp each morning . They were perfectionist in their work ensuring all plumber, fitting, tiling etc were all done to a high standard . So over the moon with my new bathroom and updated shower room . Steve did such a great job at converting my mum's bathroom into a wet room. She loves it and so do I. I cannot recommend Chigwell Bathrooms highly enough. They were clean, efficient and left the bathroom looking like a 5 Star hotel en suite. What an amazing transformation. She couldn’t wait to take a shower!

They can handle complex re-fits and have a team of friendly professionals who come in separately to complete the specific tasks where they are highly skilled. They arrive on time every day, are friendly and considerate to your neighbours and leave your house clean and tidy at the end of each work day. Levels of communication and workmanship are excellent.
