Fantastic job done, excellent workmanship, on time and trustworthy, booked to do our front door next.

Five years ago I had all my doors and windows, gutters, drainpipes etc replaced by Clarkes Windows, and they did a brilliant job. I have just had my conservatory replaced by them. Once again the process was simple and straightforward with advice given without pressure from knowledgeable and friendly staff. I ran an AI check on the quote and was told it was very reasonable given the quality of the materials. Given my previous experience I had no hesitation in placing an order. Tony Clarke came to do the survey and confirm final details with me. The deposit paid I awaited delivery. Four days were allowed for the build, but it was completed in three. The fitters were highly skilled and took every care to ensure the finished product was perfect. I cannot rate them highly enough, and as a bonus they were most friendly and helpful. Darren, the leader mentioned that I had raised an issue with a window with Mr Clarke and said he had been asked to deal with it. This had been just a throwaway remark! The service provided by this company is not only exceptional, it goes beyond what one could ever hope for. I did seek advice and quotes from three other companies, but for various reasons their ideas and products did not match Clarke's for practicality or quality. Two experiences, five years apart, different teams but the same exemplary service. Should the need arise in future, I will not seek other quotes but go straight to Clarkes.

We had a large blown glazing unit replaced. Team arrived at 8.29 removed old glass and fitted new. Tidied up an all finished by 8.38! Guys were all very pleasant and couldn't have wished for better service. We have used Clarkes for several years and they will always be our go to company.

Excellent work completed to schedule a little under 3 and a half days. Team were respectful and considerate and cleared up as the work progressed.

I would highly recommend Clarkes. I had 7 replacement windows and a Composite front door installed. The initial visit was very informative and the price quoted was competitive. Everything was fully explained. The windows and door were ready earlier than expected which was great. The installation team arrived on time and completed it in 2 days. They did an excellent job, I am very pleased, it all looks great. Thank you.

The whole process from viewing and selection to survey then fitting was done really well. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful, friendly and efficient. The standard of work was brilliant, and we are unable to fault any of it or anyone involved.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Everyone from sales, to tradesmen to owner were all very professional and polite. Suffered a few delays due to the relentless rain but we were kept constantly appraised of the situation and everything humanly possible was done to try and make the most of any good weather opportunities. The workmanship was very good with a very high level of finish. I can't recommend Clarkes highly enough.

We decided to have new blinds in our patio doors so called Clarkes. Someone came out within a few days to measure up and give us a quote. After accepting the quote the new panels were fitted a few weeks later by the excellent fitters. They are a great company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble.

Clarkes were a pleasure to deal with. Two initial visits (one to quote and one to survey) then all our upstairs windows (5) replaced in a day and a bit. The fitters were polite, careful and considerate. The office kept in touch throughout, being careful to confirm with us so we always knew what was happening. The windows are excellent.

The men were on time both days and very pleasant and kept me informed of the progress and i am very pleased with the end result.
