Great service from Heatco. The initial booking system was easy to use and meant we could choose a suitable time for our tenants. They called the night before to check the parking situation and turned up on time and very efficiently did a great job servicing the boiler and doing a landlord gas safety check. The paperwork was sent by email the same day and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely book them again next year and am happy to recommend them. All in all it was a very good experience and I was very happy. Thank you.

Always great and friendly service from this company. So efficient and prompt. Darren arrived at the time I had booked. I received a text beforehand to confirm that he would be with me in about twenty minutes. Darren considerately removed his shoes before coming through the house. I cannot fault the incredible and reliable service I have received over the years. Thank you guys.

Heatco had serviced my boiler for several years, but for one reason and another, the boiler hadn't been serviced for a couple of years. One weekend, I noticed there was a dramatic loss of pressure in the boiler and that constant repressurising was necessary. I contacted Heatco, and was given the following Thursday morning for a boiler service. Also spoke to Heatco on the Monday morning, and they felt I had a problem with the expansion tank, and I shouldn't worry in the meantime - which was a relief. Heatco duly arrived Thursday morning 8.30 am. After an inital check, it was confirmed a new expansion tank was required. Half an hour later, Heatco reappeared with a new tank, which was fitted, and the boiler thoroughly serviced within an hour. The total cost was very reasonable. The boiler is now getting on for 20 years old, and I was concerned it needed replacing, but Heatco was able to confirm it was good for many years yet. I have now booked the next service for 2027!

We moved away from British Gas Homecare as we felt we weren't getting good value and fewer and fewer elements appeared to be covered. We have since had our boiler serviced twice by Heatco and have found them easy and efficient to deal with. Booking can be handled easily online, and Darren was friendly and efficient on the day.

HeatCo did a great job. Easy to book, and confirm. Called to say that they were on their way. Arrived early and was very professional and respectful of my home. The job was relatively straightforward but the engineer kept me informed throughout the process. He completed the job and left the area clean and tidy. Very happy with the service and the fix.

We are part of heatclub which covers everything we need. Just had our yearly boiler service - great service as usual and they were happy to look at a couple of other issues I had with radiators and advise on a shower unit that isn't working as it should. Highly recommend.

First time using this company and was so impressed from the outset. Received a confirmation email the day before the service confirming time of arrival. On the morning of the service received another confirmation. Engineer texted when on his way. The engineer was very polite and helpful, extremely tidy and took time and to carry out the service. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation.
