We are Worcester Bosch Platinum Accredited Installers offering extended Guarantee benefits on all our Boiler installations.
We are also BAXI accredited and can offer maximum warranties on their range.

I had my boiler serviced and am very happy with the work carried out. Booking online was straightforward. Darren turned up at the time stated and was a total professional throughout. The invoice was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended, and I will definitely use them again.

Darren is a star. He serviced our boiler last year when I took out the Heatco plan. I am pleased I have put the plan in place because it provides that much needed reassurance that if something does go wrong then it will get fixed very quickly and efficiently. Darren arrived on time, is super personable explaining how he found the boiler and took the time to answer my questions. Whilst Darren was with us, I took the liberty of asking him to look at our towel rails that were not working well and a possible leaking hand basin. Darren looked at each, fixed what was fixable, provided expert opinion on the issues and agreed to come back with new parts to fix one of the towel rails. All round excellent service. THANK YOU.

Darren at Heatco has been looking after my mums very old back boiler for several years now (we had to explain to the British gas young chap where it was when it was under a service contract). The service provided is always on time and comprehensive, already recommended to several family and friends.

We have been satisfied members of Heatclub, Joe's maintenance plan, since 2017. We can rely on Joe, Darren and the team to respond to problems promptly and effectively. They have also replaced our boiler and immersion tank, and changed various radiators/pump/actuators/thermostats. Heatclub ensures that plumbing is never a panic! We would unhesitatingly recommend Heatco as a service partner.

I've used Heatco a few times. Booking an appointment is really easy. Darren turned up on time, polite, professional, cleaned everything as he went. Very efficient. Would highly recommend. They are frequently recommended on my local WhatsApp group so it's not just my opinion.
