Richard Thomas Conservatories, Extensions & Windows are tried, tested and approved! The offices located in Christchurch are open 6 days a week, so they are readily available to provide the customer service required for a smooth and professional experience.

Richard Thomas provided excellent service from sales Ben Thomas through to all the workmen. Very tidy, always rang me the day before to give a time prompt and cleared up before leaving. Richard Thomas continually checked to ensure I was happy.

Richard Thomas installed a new aluminium conservatory at my property. The quality of the service throughout and the final product was of the highest standards. All the various tradesmen were polite, clean working and very professional in their approach to the work. Communication was excellent. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Brilliant design and planning. The work consisted of knocking through from the lounge and a large conservatory built on the rear of the house. So the lounge continued through to the conservatory. Great workmanship which was as per the schedule and all was completed on time. Richard Thomas conservatories have been a pleasure to deal with and delivered what was promised. We couldn't be happier and would recommend to everyone!

The work was undertaken with the minimum of upheaval. Each team cleared up after them. All were very professional, polite and friendly. The final result is absolutely stunning, we could not have asked for more. Would certainly use this company again if ever we move again.

We had a conservatory built and it was done to times specified and price on budget. Time keeping and cleanliness of work, and all trade were friendly and easy to talk to about work they were doing and answered any questions. Any problems were resolved with in a week.

Replace existing conservatory (22 years old) with new upgraded/updated model. The whole experience has been faultless unusually nowadays to find a company that provides such excellence in all they do. Sales were kind, courteous and in no way pressurising. Site visits were prompt and informative, office staff were excellent, communications were very good throughout. Installation team could not have been better despite challenging weather. I cannot fault anything and would have no hesitation at all in recommending highly.
