Central heating working intermittently. System drained and three port valve replaced. Heating now working effectively. Engineer arrived on time and undertook work effectively. Repair took longer than estimate due to problem elsewhere in the system but this was rectified. Cost as expected

Old boiler removed and new combi installed. Wayne visited to survey the property, next day submitted quote. The following week Brandon, Cameron & Dillon (all a credit to the company) arrived to start work. Very likeable lads and very efficient, all work completed within 3 days, outstanding service from start to finish.

The engineer arrived on time. He diligently cleaned the baffles in the boiler and the firing mechanism, reassembling same, putting the boiler to work. He checked the oil quality and flow and the flue gas, taking record photos sent to me. He left the boiler off at my request. He inspected the external oil storage tank complete with isolation tap and forwarded pass certificate and photo. He checked our carbon monoxide alarm for operation. He left the premises clean and tidy. Good job. It is assumed that when the heating season begins the boiler and its associated pumps will switch on to run at the presets saved from last year when the electrical isolator is switched on by myself.

Ronnie and his team were also excellent and carried out the job to a very high standard. The standard of customer service and communication was excellent. Very impressed with the work carried out by The Boiler Engineer Ltd. They were punctual, clean and tidy and completed the work on time as per the quote. It was a big job carried out over 3.5 days with a tutorial of the new boiler and central heating system. I would definitely use The Boiler Engineer again and would recommend using them.

Sam attended with an Apprentice, both were on time, polite and friendly. They completed my annual service and identified some follow on works. These were scheduled in for the same morning and completed without problems. The extra works were essential for the safety of my system and boiler and costs were included within my care plan. The plan is quite expensive but clearly worth it when it comes to safety! Excellent Service as always!

Very professional company that instilled confidence from first contact. Everything was fully explained by Wayne on his survey, quotes etc were sent promptly without there being any pressure to commit. Installation was completed whilst I was at work, I felt totally comfortable to leave this company in my house with a neighbour as contact. I would not have known they had been there. Follow up paperwork was delivered next day by e-Mail & post. Excellent service all round.
