I recently had a battery installed through Heatable, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. The customer journey was excellent – everything felt smooth, well-organised, and clearly communicated at every stage. The team were incredibly helpful and approachable, and it was clear they’re experts in their field. They also offer a great selection of products at competitive prices, which made choosing the right option much easier. Being a Which? accredited company gave me extra confidence, too. On top of that, the turnaround time for installation was impressively quick, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. I’d also like to give a shoutout to a few people who made the process especially seamless: Callum in Sales, who was knowledgeable and made the initial setup straightforward Josh in Operations, who kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes Charlie in Accounts, who ensured everything on the admin side was handled efficiently The installer was just as impressive – knowledgeable, efficient, and highly professional throughout. They worked in a clean and tidy manner, respected the space, and completed the job in a timely fashion without cutting any corners. Overall, a fantastic experience with Heatable. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free, professional installation with great service all round

Heatable Ltd installed solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3 on my house. From beginning to end they were very professional and efficient. I am delighted with the outcome.

I wish I hadn’t stressed so much in advance about replacing my boiler, because the whole process with Heatable was seamless and stress free - to the point I felt I must have missed something?? It’s not supposed to be that easy, surely?? Gordon in Glasgow was brilliant, a real asset to the team.

Smooth operation from ordering to having my EV charger fitted by Harvey who was a tidy and put the charger exactly where I wanted it rate the company highly.

Great process from start to finish. No pushy sales tactics, no overload with techno waffle, just plain speaking to understand my needs and give me options to meet them. The fitting of my Solar and battery was one of the easiest processes that I have gone through, from my initial contact with Heatable to the fitting and commissioning of my system by their approved installers.

Booking process was simple, booked on Friday afternoon when my old boiler packed up and got a slot for the following Monday. Heatable called me to clarify a few points raised by the photos they asked for. Took a bit longer than expected due to the ancient existing boiler, but Tom did a good job and kept me updated. House now warm!

Had a new boiler fitted today, very professional, efficient service by a very pleasant plumber. As we expected would recommend.

From the booking process through to the actual fitting, I would highly recommend. The booking system is easy to navigate and booked my new boiler just over 24 hours later. The guys attending contacted me the day before and then again in the morning to keep me updated. I have inherited a very old boiler so it was quite a difficult job switching this out but the guys were fantastic and worked late until all work was complete. Highly recommend
