Brilliant service from start to finish from Scott in the office to the engineers fitting the boiler just payed my money two days later I had a new boiler fitted Scott in the office was really nice and the two engineers were clean efficient and knowledgeable all in all a brilliant service

Our installation was handled by Phil and his colleague, who provided exemplary service. It was a complex job that involved extracting an ancient boiler buried deep in the garage and installing the new system up in the loft. They arrived promptly every morning, had a quick coffee, and immediately got to work. They managed to re-route the entirety of the pipework and wiring seamlessly, treating our property with the respect throughout the process. There was no mess left behind; they cleared away every scrap of rubbish and old materials, leaving us with an efficient new heating system. Easy to use website to get initial quote, followed by a more detailed system design with excellent communication from the Heatable team. Scaffolding, roofers and electricians know their stuff and answered all questions, had some small issues with suppliers not delivering, but was kept informed at all times. Would recommend Heatable for any solar install.

The service received from Heatable has been amazing, no pushy salesman. The process has been fairly smooth for the most part, aside from logistics issues which was a mistake on couriers part, but the turn around to rectify the issue was awesome (sorted for next day). The customer service team is amazing, always in hand to answer any questions. They didn't push to oversize my system, whereas others did (not going to mention any names). I would recommend anyone who is looking for solar panels and battery, to check out heatable. They are very transparent and open.

Heatable is a genuine supplier and installer of gas boilers and a trusted company we had our old gas boiler 14 yrs old removed and replaced with a new Worcester Bosch 4000 model easy to operate and oh so quiet Adam came out on time and worked diligently to complete the works he gave us clear instructions about use and as a gas safety engineer he supplied sheeting together with office staff. Great experience 😊😊😊

Ordering a boiler and installation online was something I have never done before and I was slightly nervous to do it, but I had no reason to worry. From the moment I ordered to the end of the installation was seamless. I was kept informed of everything and the installation team were excellent. They were respectful of my property, friendly and professional. They explained the workings of the boiler and talked me through the heating controls.
