Heatable

It was a replacement boiler job. From stage one to completion, it was a pleasurable experience. I cannot fault any aspect of it. I thoroughly recommend this company and I am fussy. Well done everybody from the office to the engineer.

Our old boiler was becoming unreliable and it was time for a replacement. Our local heating engineer suggested a Worcester Bosch system, with a choice of thermostats. I disappeared down an internet rabbit hole researching boilers and smart thermostats - I had no idea it was this complicated. Turns out the Worcester Bosch boiler didn’t support OpenTherm so it would be a little less efficient with the Tado system but only a small amount it seemed. I needed to speak to someone who understood all this bc to cut through the noise. With a 5* rating on TrustPilot, I decided to give Heatable a go to see if they could beat the quote we’d been given - and they could, by nearly £500! But then a very friendly and knowledgeable chap, Scott, called me from heatable and spent be 30 minutes talking me through the complexities and making the choice of an OpenTherm-supporting Viessmann 050 an easy choice. The install day was less than 48 hours away. On the day, I got regular messages informing me who would be attending and at what time. The engineer who attended was friendly and helpful, answered my questions and helped setup the Tado system. He also spoke highly of the Viessmann system. He left the place spotless and even tidied up the pipeline which was a bit of a mess. The boiler itself is great. Super quiet and much better performing compared to our old system. It works well with the Tado thermostat and smart valves on every radiator. Overall, excellent experience.

It was very easy to kick the process off online. My project required a few changes so Heatable were quick to contact me and sort things out. Agent was knowledgeable and was easy to discuss the options with. Communication overall was good and the whole journey was easy. I took out an intrest free option which also fitted in easily with the overall package.

From start to finish the process was great, communication, response to questions, time of arrival was perfect and I was advised in advance by Daniel the engineer. His first thing was to check my gas system and discovered a leak which he repaired. The boiler installation was seamless and quick and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. Daniel was good-natured, polite and completed the job leaving nothing for me to clear. A very energetic young man, I would highly recommend the service I received from Heatabe.

Very professional operation, detailed quote provided which included everything. Sub contractors used were excellent, install took a few days longer than I expected but contending with exceptional weather conditions. Scaffolding taken down promptly, and so far the system is generating more than forecast. No nasty surprises, no pushy salespeople, have already recommended both Heatable, the local sub contractors, and the scaffolders to friends and neighbours.

Very pleased with all dealings with both Heatable and the gas fitter. Work was carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption to the house. Heatable were easy and quick to contact and kept me well informed. The free Tado was out of stock but they rang me to find out when I would like the electrician to visit - obviously the boiler works fine without it so no urgency, although they are fitting it next week. Very good experience with Heatable from start to finish.

Did an initial online enquiry. Spoke to Scott who talked me through my options and the products available but didn't in any way try to persuade me to go for things I didn't want or need. Price agreed which was fantastic compared to other big brand companies. Installation booked for a date that suited me(bonus with my hectic work schedule). Day before Installation i got a call from Glenn who was coming to do the job, and an email with a photo of himself so I could be sure it was him! Installation day, arrived bang on time and ready to go. Explained the process and got straight to work. Extremely clean and tidy with minimal noise. Talked us through every step along the way and set up the new mini hive. Tidied everything away and showed us exactly how everything worked then registered the boiler. Extremely good at his job and very professional in every aspect. Overall we couldn't be happier with the service received from start to finish and would highly recommend to everyone who is thinking of replacing their existing boiler

Heatable:- From the videos with explanations about boilers and what’s recommended. To filling in the questionnaire and boiler options. To the finance/ purchase and how quickly I was able to get someone to fit it… It was a very easy process. The engineer was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, tidy, thorough… I couldn’t fault him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a boiler replacement.

Heatable has a website which provides options for customer to select boilers with fixed prices. The company sent engineer to install boiler next day. The engineer, Den, is caring, responsible, and punctual. It is a good experience to have the work done.

Heatable advisor and boiler engineer provided a great service. I was provided with all the information I needed prior to the boiler installation and the boiler was installed without any issues. Engineer was very tidy, polite and helpful. I would recommend this service.
