We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

Very quick response, came within the hour of the phone call, fixed the fault on the boiler promptly, efficient, quick and done. Superb. Never known service so good and even attended on christmas eve last year. Superb Company!

Service is part of the annual service/breakdown cover which HeH provides. We were contacted to say engineer was on his way. Engineer was polite and informative in respect of the service. Clean and tidy very efficient. Informed about the parts being replaced as part of the service. Left feeling very confident in the work carried out.

Fast response to fix heating system failure

Phoned HEH out of hours service got great response. Andy (the boss) came on line to talk through potential fixes. They diagnosed control system failure. Engineer called out even earlier than planned. Friendly, fast and efficient. Had parts in van. All fixed within ½ hour. Excellent coordination and communication from Sharron, Andy and Richard (job engineer).

They came out at the time slot arranged and confirmed when they were on their way. They immediately identified and fixed the problem with my gas fire. Really pleased with the work, with a friendly efficient engineer. Will definitely recommend and use again.

We have had HEH for 20+ years and have had excellent service for heating and boilers in 2 properties. The engineers are always helpful and personable. Heating not getting up to temperature

We rang because our heating was not getting up to temperature. Andy came & rebooted the boiler. Explained some of the old radiators were causing problems with need to flush out - to be done . Excellent response/service as usual and advice given.
