The pre-visit communications and reminders are very helpful, and the payment and issue of the Certificate was painless and done on the spot. Adam arrived when arranged, was cheery and friendly and set everything up right away to get going. We chatted and he was very knowledgeable about his trade and was even able to make suggestions and recommendations when plied with questions about our log burner and his suggestions for how we might approach heating our home once we'd extended our bottom floor. The sweep itself was quick, clean, and thorough. Adam showed the deposits removed from the chimney and eased our mind that we'd been burning correctly and efficiently through his analysis of the soot which he'd removed. The invoice was sent while he was still in the house which included the GoMCS certificate as well as a link to pay online. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Outstanding.
