From telephone call to initial repair being done was less that 24 hours from start to finish. Further repair and full service of the system was undertaken promptly and efficiently. The engineers were courteous, professional, clean and tidy with their work keeping me up dated throughout the process until conclusion.

The team at the Boiler Engineer Limited were excellent. Wayne initially provided advice via email to help with our planning permission process. He then came over promptly to review the project. He provided some helpful insights and suggestions on how best to install and how to minimise the visibility of the unit and ducting. The installers came in three slots and were on time, efficient, pleasant to have around and left our house / garden tidy. We will be using the Boiler Engineer Limited again.

We had a problem with our hot water/heating system. Our engineer was prompt and friendly. He explained the issue, fixed it. He left the area clean and tidy, as he found it. The Boiler Engineer company always offers a first class service, from the first point of contact on the phone through to the professional work that is carried out. We've always been very happy with the company, and highly recommend them.

We have used The Boiler Engineer Ltd serval times in the past for service checks of our boiler and for parts replacement. Due to the age of our boiler we decided to get a replacement this year and chose to use the Boiler Engineer Ltd again. The date was arranged quickly and the engineers arrived on time. They worked hard throughout the day to ensure that the new boiler was installed the same day discussing any minor changes or worked needed as they progressed through the installation. They engineers were very professional, polite and tidy, clearing everything away at the end of the day and taking the time to explain how the new boiler worked and covering areas such as dealing with low pressure. Things were explained clearly and without being rushed. We are really pleased with the end result and we would definitely used The Boiler Engineer Ltd again in the future.

Just had my Worcester Bosch boiler serviced by The Boiler Man. Have been using this company annually for a number of years now. Work always done to time, with no mess or problems. Friendly and helpful engineer and no increase in price (£80) is also appreciated.

Our water heating circuit went down but TBE were able to call in the same day to diagnose and carry out the necessary work then next morning which was very helpful given the cold weather! As usual on our old pipework, a less than easy job which Cameron worked through patiently. Thanks again to TBE.
