We had no hot water at the start of a bank holiday weekend. Call made to get urgent appointment to see what was wrong. Part was ordered immediately and delivered promptly. They fitted new electrics . We got the first call after the May Holiday and boiler now running smoothly again. I would recommend as the diagnostic fault finding was accurate part ordered immediately and fitted quickly without any problems

Had our boiler serviced. Excellent experience, easy to make and amend appointments. The engineer Cameron explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. We had to have SGN called out which was all arranged and dealt with quickly with minimal disruption. Would highly recommend.

Excellent engineers. Worked hard to discover the problem with my boiler and helped me to contact the manufacturer to get it sorted out. Eventually the problem was identified by the manufacturer and they tasked The Boiler Engineer to fix it on their behalf which they did excellently.

This firm have attended to my boiler a couple of times now. First time was a new boiler Second time was a service. Their work is of a very high standard and they always leave the site clean and tidy. Being a woman on your own it’s always nice to feel comfortable and at ease with traders. I’ve spoken to a few different people at this firm now on phone and in person all of whom are extremely friendly. I won’t use any other firm now for my boiler needs.

We had an issue with our heating and hot water. We called and an engineer came within the hour and was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable and sorted out all of our issues quickly and efficiently. I was extremely impressed and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Came to service the boiler on the 29/01/2026 found a gas leak that required a specific type of seal, ordered the seal, came back the next morning AM, replaced the seal done all the tests, no issues, certified the boiler safe to use, very friendly, efficient, clean and tidy, excellent service would recommend to anyone.

Cameron did a great job. He was extremely polite and a really nice chap. Did a thorough job, including checking the thermostats, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and the gas hob and meter as well as a full boiler service. I would recommend.
