As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

I love Paul and his team. I’ve used them ever since they installed my log burner a few years back. At the time he advised me and then recommended a suitable one for me and my neighbour. And then did all the installation. On this occasion, Paul and Mason came and swept my log burner and also an original bedroom fireplace. Always super friendly, efficient and professional. Will always have them back and would 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks guys 😊

Contacted SweepSmart having never used chimney sweeps before. They were able to organise a time slot within 2 weeks during a busy time of year. SweepSmart are a very professional company sending a reminder 2 days before the scheduled appointment with a text message 15 minutes' before arrival. Keil was very efficient and polite and their use of modern equipment meant Keil had completed the job in next to no time and with absolutely no mess. Would have no problem recommending SweepSmart!

SweepSmart is a very professional company that carries out chimney sweeping with modern equipment. They always send a reminder and are flexible about booking times. They are in and out of the house within twenty minutes having done a great job. Always very polite and don't get in the way of family life. It might seem like a lot of money but it's worth it for the peace of mind.

The company organise an annual reminder to book a service and the follow up is timely & efficient. Keil updated me on the day regarding his arrival time which always helps to know when workmen are arriving.
