Standing out from the crowd with a can-do attitude and ongoing charity work, Finesse Windows Limited has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Year 2021.

Based in the West Midlands, it deals with double-glazing installation, conservatory installations, replacement windows and more.

This title is well deserved as our judging panel was blown away by the company’s commitment to providing a stellar service through a particularly tricky year. It also remains heavily involved in charity work, which our judges were delighted to see.

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, December 2021

Impressing our judging panel with its ongoing charity work and glowing feedback from customers, Ableworld (UK) Limited has been named December Which? Trusted Trader of the Month.

The company, which is the largest mobility retailer in the country, currently employs 144 staff, including more than 30 engineers supporting Ableworld’s customers and helping to keep them mobile. Ableworld was founded in 2000 and prides itself on being an ethical trader that refuses to pressure-sell items.

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, November 2021

The Sash Window Workshop has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for November 2021. The judging panel was impressed by the firm’s focus on customer satisfaction, extensive charity work and commitment to sustainability.

Committed to helping the environment, The Sash Window Workshop has invested in technology to reduce paper usage, assess its carbon footprint and ensure waste is disposed of in the most environmentally efficient way possible.

Other sustainable measures taken include replacing the car fleet with electric vehicles and installing charging points for electric vehicles at the new workshop.

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, October 2021

Purdie Worldwide Removals & Storage Limited has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for October 2021. The judges praised Purdie Worldwide’s efforts to help and support its local community, in addition to offering impressive customer service and high-quality work.

Purdie Worldwide  is deeply rooted in, and proud of, its Blackburn heritage. As part of its charity work, it’s sponsored a group of weekly litter pickers with high-visibility vests. ‘Helping keep Blackburn clean is the very least we can do, and by ensuring several members of our own staff join in on these litter picks, we hope we’ll encourage others to be more mindful of their waste.’

The company’s other charity work has focused on sports. Being connected with its community, it has sponsored its local football team (one senior and two juniors sides). The senior side has since progressed to the Scottish Cup 1st round for the first time in its history!

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, September 2021

Impressing our expert judging panel with its continued efforts to support customers during lockdown, Inspiration Computers has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for September.

Impressively, Inspiration Computers is no stranger to the Trader of the Month award, having secured the title twice before – once in 2018 and again in 2020. Clearly, the Yorkshire-based company continues to operate at an extremely high standard, despite the recent challenges associated with the coronavirus pandemic.

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, August 2021

One of the first traders to join the Which? Trusted Traders scheme, the Pure Water People have been endorsed since 2014 and operate with a team of 20 people. The Pure Water People have been named Which? Trusted Trader of the month for August 2021. The judging panel were impressed by the company’s vast history of excellent reviews and their charity work.

The company installs filtration systems that aim to remove chemicals from your household water supply and reduce the build-up of limescale around the home. 

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, July 2021

Thanks to the quality of its work and a clear willingness to help charitable causes, Finesse Windows Limited has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for July 2021.

This isn’t the first time that the company, now supported by a team of 38 hard-working employees, has impressed our judging panel – Finesse Windows Limited previously scooped a Trader of the Month award in 2017, 2019 and 2020.

Easystep Stairlifts Ltd has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for June 2021. The judging panel were impressed by the company’s focus on creating the best possible experience for their customers, along with listening to feedback from their Which? Trusted Trader account manager.

Easystep Stairlifts has maintained a perfect record of being recommended by 100% of customers since becoming a Which? Trusted Trader back in 2014. The company has superb scores of 4.9 out of 5 for customer service, quality and value, which adds up to a very strong all round package.

Being endorsed by Which? Trusted Traders reinforces the values held by Easystep Stairslifts, with Mark saying that: ‘Which? is a brand that people instantly recognise and trust. That fits perfectly with our ethos.’

Catching the attention of our judging panel with its generous charity work and glowing customer reviews, Bluebell Fitted Furniture Ltd has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for May 2021.

The family business, which designs and installs bedrooms, media areas and kitchens, says it will always place its customers at the centre of the process when creating new spaces. Bluebell is clearly sticking to its promise, with the trader currently recommended by 99% of customers on the Which? Trusted Traders website.

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, April 2021

Impressing our judges with its stellar charity work and passion for the Trusted Trader scheme, Splash of Colour Painters & Decorators Ltd has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for April 2021.

Based in Glasgow, Splash of Colour is a small family business that specialises in exterior decorating, interior decorating and painting projects.

This is yet another trophy for the cabinet – Splash of Colour won a Trader of the Month award back in 2018 and again in 2020. The team also managed to scoop top prize when it received the Which? Trusted Trader of the Year title in 2020.

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, March 2021

SD Roofing has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for March 2021. The company has consistently received positive customer feedback, demonstrating the Which? Trusted Trader values and helped its community with donations and effective work.

SD Roofing has a small, committed team of only three people, but it delivers excellent results. Simon uses his skills working on the roofs while his wife Steph handles the office administration. The pair have built up SD Roofing from scratch and deliver great customer satisfaction with a personal touch.

This isn’t the first time the Tewkesbury-based company has been recognised for its high standards. In 2019 SD Roofing was awarded a Which? Trusted Trader Certificate of Distinction. 

Which? Trusted Trader of the Month, February 2021

Bennetts Removals has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for February 2021, thanks to its focus on customer service and a growing list of 5-star customer reviews.

The company, which celebrated its 25th birthday in 2020, aims to make removals as simple as possible for its customers. Bennetts Removals promises a ‘highly practical’ and ‘cost effective’ packing service, and has links with a local storage company that offers a self-storage option.

Dedicated to providing customers with the best service possible, JNJ Building Services Ltd has been named Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for January 2021.

The contractor, which has a flawless 5.0 customer rating on the Which? Trusted Traders website, prides itself on offering home conversions finished to a particularly high standard. Judging by JNJ’s glowing reviews on Which? Trusted Traders, the team is doing a fantastic job.
